Robin's Housing Projects is one of the many locations in COTC.
There are two buildings connected by a low roof, one of the buildings is a small empty warehouse and the other one is a small apartment complex. There are poles in the front of Robin's Housing Projects. Inside, you will find writings, three sculptures, rooms with furniture and random items (that you can't interact with) and multiple accessible floors with rooms.
You cannot find items to repair the generator (Fuse/Wire/Lightbulb) here.
The Robin's Housing Projects is located south from the Satan's Tunnel.
