Siren Head is a tall skinny creature, he has 2 sirens as a head, inside the sirens there are teeth. He is the main Cryptid in both chapters. He plays siren sounds and what sounds like a news report.
You can become Siren Head by collecting all Common Totems in Origins and achieving the badge.
