The Swan's River is one of the many locations in COTC.
The Swan's River is just an ordinary river with a Mickey Mouse-like Huge Sculpture at the bottom. It is believed that it is an Easter Egg and nothing more.
You cannot find items to repair the generator (Fuse/Wire/Lightbulb) here.
It is located in the middle of the map.
